Excel formula:
=(1+7%)*(MAX(C5*0.28%,25)+C5*(0.04%+0.0075%))
Assuming C5 is Purchase Price * no of Lot.
E.g.: purchase Singtel of 5000 lots @ $3 =(1+7%)*(MAX(5000*3*0.28%,25)+5000*3*(0.04%+0.0075%))
=$52.56
